Whenever any Book/ Periodical/ Serial are required for procurement, the IPC Officers/ Officials may submit the duly filled and signed requisition form which is forwarded by their concerned Officer-in-Charge to the library.

All the IPC Officers/ Officials may download the Requisition form on the Library Website for Procurement of Books / Periodicals/ Serials, etc.
